How long is my Minibus/Coach Hire quote valid?

Your quote is valid for 48 hours.

How will I receive my quote?

A written quotation will be sent via email or Whatsapp.

What areas do Gavin’s Travel Minibus & Coach Hire cover?

We predominantly cover the whole of UK transport solutions using our Fleet and our partners.

What size and type of Minibuses and coaches can Gavin’s Travel can provide me?

Our fleet consists of anything from 4 to 70 seaters.

What forms of payment do you take for a private hire?

We currently accept Bank transfers & Card Payments.

How much deposit is needed and when is the balance due?

We require minimum 30% to 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining payment is due 10 days before the date of travel.

Is VAT included?

Group Passengers Transport (Minibus and Coach) is exempt from VAT so our prices do not and will not ever include VAT.

Is Gavin’s Travel prices are fixed?

All our prices are based on availability, if you prebook way in advance the prices will be better.

Can I smoke in the Gavin’s Travel Minibus/Coach?

No. We operate a strict no-smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

Once your flight has landed our driver will call/text you to arrange the pick up point. We will try and contact you if we have any difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number this is sent in your booking confirmation email so you can ring us should you need to.

Do you need to know the flight number or terminal building?

It’s best you give us the flight number or airline name, from this, we can work the rest out. Don’t worry if you don’t know the terminal number.

I’m a single female passenger, How safe are Gavin’s Travel drivers?

When you travel with us, you’ll travel with approved drivers only. These are the driver who has gone through a strict vetting process. All drivers have a minimum of 2 years experience. All journeys are logged, The details of the journey are comprehensive, and they include drivers details, pick up and drop off details.

What are ‘one-way’ and ‘return’ bookings?

A one-way booking is a single journey from A to B, such as from the airport to your hotel. The price is based on the number of miles driven. A return booking is a two-way journey from A to B and back again, such as from the airport to your hotel and then back from the hotel to the airport a few days later.

Are Gavin’s Travel drivers licensed?

Yes, it is required by UK Law that all taxi drivers CRB Checked and companies are licensed by the Local Authority or Transport for London.

Do Gavin’s Travel provide a receipt?

We will email you a receipt with a booking reference by email.

Is Gavin’s Travel service available day and night?

Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
